Easy Refund Before Shipping
We offer a hassle-free refund option if you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: If you wish to cancel your order, you must request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Any refund requests after this period will not be entertained.
- For Prepaid Orders: Customers must send an email to our support team before the product has been dispatched to request a refund. Our team will guide you through the cancellation process and issue a refund accordingly.
Refund & Return After Shipping Initiation
Once the shipping process has started, the refund policy differs based on order type:
- For COD Orders: Orders cannot be refunded once they are shipped. Customers are encouraged to cancel within the 24-hour window to avoid any inconvenience.
- For Prepaid Orders: If a refund request is made after the product has been dispatched, a refund will be provided only in the form of a coupon for future purchases at Parnil Jewels.
- A 5% deduction will be applicable on all refunds due to delivery and processing charges.

- For Prepaid Orders After Shipping: Email us once you receive the product. Our team will verify the request, get the order picked up from the address it was ordered on, after receiving and verifying the product, team will issue a coupon after a 5% deduction.
- For COD Orders: Ensure cancellation is done within 24 hours of order placement to receive a full refund.
Important Notes:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will not be processed in cash/bank transfer if the request is raised after dispatch.
- Coupons issued as refunds will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Any tampered, used, or damaged products will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Parnil Jewels holds the right to decline a refund request if the product does not meet our return criteria.
