SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

Parnil Jewels delivers to all pin codes across India. We have partnered with top-tier logistics providers to ensure your orders are handled with care and delivered promptly.

ORDER DISPATCH

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. In case of any delays, we will notify you and provide updates on the expected timeline.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order is dispatched, an email will be sent containing a tracking URL and AWB number. You can use this URL to track your order in real-time.

ORDER DELIVERY

For India:

Our logistics partners usually deliver within 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro areas from the time of dispatch. However, unforeseen circumstances or operational challenges may cause occasional delays. You can monitor your order status using the tracking information provided via email.

Important: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for delivery as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. If the OTP is not received or provided, the package may not be delivered, which is beyond our control. In such cases, if the package is returned to our warehouse, additional charges may apply for re-shipment. These charges will be borne by the customer.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping within India:

Parnil Jewels offers free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping and handling fee of ₹100 applies.

For International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services and will update our customers once international shipping becomes available.
